Pace Bend Park, situated in the scenic Hill Country of central Texas in far western Travis County, boasts over nine miles of captivating Lake Travis shoreline, making it a beloved destination in the Highland Lakes region. Visitors to Pace Bend Park can indulge in a diverse range of recreational activities. The park’s western section showcases towering limestone cliffs and numerous rocky coves, offering some of the most breathtaking vistas of Lake Travis, especially during sunset. While the majority of Pace Bend Park is easily accessible by vehicle via a six-mile paved loop road, the interior is dedicated to wildlife preservation and can only be reached on foot, by bike, or on horseback.
