Lakeway Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low impact, whole body exercise series that uses gravity and your own body weight to provide resistance. Each class will incorporate the six Pilates principles: Breath, Centering, Control, Concentration, Flow and Precision. Each class is appropriate for all fitness levels. All the exercise movements can be adapted for your level through modification or progression.
Wednesdays – 01/01/2026 -01/31/2026 – 10:00 am – 11:00 am
This mat class series will focus on increasing your core strength, flexibility, and mobility. This will allow you to better support and stabilize your joints while moving. There are numerous benefits to a regular Pilates practice that include: enhanced body awareness, increased energy, postural alignment, reduced tension, improved balance and cognitive function.
4 class punch card is $100/Non-Members $88/Members Please bring your punch card to class, punch cards are good for 60 days after purchase.
Materials needed: Pilates or Yoga Mat, exercise clothing, and water.
