Born in Houston, Texas, Alan Haynes is a renowned Texas Blues guitarist with a career spanning back to the 1970s. Over the decades, he has shared the stage with legendary blues icons, including Stevie Ray Vaughan, Johnny Winter, Albert Collins, Albert King, The Fabulous Thunderbirds (1980s lineup with Jimmie Vaughan), Robert Cray, Bonnie Raitt, John Lee Hooker, and Otis Rush, among others.
Now based in Austin, Texas, Alan continues to perform across the state’s major cities as well as internationally. He enjoys a dedicated following in Europe, particularly in Scandinavian countries, Germany, Denmark, and Israel.
